Salary : circa 56,000 ( base of £48k+ cash car allowance of £7,750)

The role in a nutshell: To make restaurant owners aware of the additional services, training and support that can be provided to them to help build their businesses. This includes access to training as well as buying-support and available discounts. There will be some very limited travel to Spain and to Ireland . There will be travel around the UK .
Duties
Liaising with restaurant owners daily
Set up and attend meetings face to face all over the UK and Ireland as well as via video to Spanish customers
Attend and deliver staff training sessions and engage fully with franchise owners
Monitor customer engagement and provide advice and guidance
Onboard new franchise owners
Regular use of Excel to monitor and manage restaurant performance
Requirements
Fluent Spanish
Experience in an account management / customer service role, ideally in a franchised business
