Our recruitment process
When you register with us you will meet us face to face, or, if not practically possible via skype. You will have a competency-based interview which means that as well as talking through your career history to find out about where you have worked and the roles you have undertaken we will ask for examples around core competencies, dependent on your experience and the nature of the role you might be suitable for. Typically these will include questions around, communications skill, problem solving, team-work and time management, amongst others.
We will then talk to you about the client and the role before submitting your CV for any of our positions, we will be with you throughout every step of the recruitment process to prepare and guide you through it. We ask that you are timely with your feedback and keep an open communication with us at all stages. And we will do the same.
