Successfully deliver complex contractual billing and other non-standard sales support activities for Europe.
Support to Client Services on Creation and dispatch of Invoice Request Forms and Credit Note Requests
Support to Client Services on creation, dispatch and storage of Certificates of Subscription and contracts
Completion and archiving of supplier registration forms from clients
Support to Client Services on membership card printing
Support to Certificates of Assistance Creation
Support to sales team on opportunity setup in SFDC
Provide feedback on existing sales operations processes to Sales Operations Manager for continuous improvement and finetuning
Previous admin or customer service experience
· Ability to communicate in English fluently (oral and written) is an absolute must. Ability to speak other European languages (French, German, Spanish or Italian) will be an advantage.
