Program Manager – Generative AI
(Fully remote, 12-Month Contract)
Pay Rate: £52.00 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to coordinate partner-led projects and drive delivery of GenAI solutions through collaborative Proof of Concept work and ongoing stakeholder alignment. The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner initiatives and ensure delivery of scalable GenAI POCs and investment solutions.
• Track and report on partner pipeline development and performance metrics across the EMEA region.
• Manage contract development, negotiation, and maintenance with key stakeholders.
• Review and prioritise incoming GenAI partner opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to assign appropriate strategists and partners.
• Drive communication between internal account teams and external partners to validate opportunities and align resources effectively.

The Team
You’ll be joining a high-performing, international team of strategists, engineers, scientists, and solution architects who are deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem. With support from US and EMEA teams, you’ll play a key role in helping expand the GenAI programme across the region.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Experience managing sales or financial metrics in a technical or innovation-focused environment.
• Confidence engaging and influencing technical stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Natural relationship builder, capable of earning trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable digging into data, contracts, and technical detail to ensure smooth delivery.
