Job Title:NORTHERN IRELAND Spanish Customer Service Executive
Language required: Spanish and English: All fluent
Salary: Up to £23,500 per annum
Location: Portadown, Northern Ireland – 3 days office and 2 days at home.

Using your Spanish daily in the International Customer Care Team, you will:
Take inbound calls in languages
Deal with initial enquiries and some post sales administration
Enter information onto the Sage database (training is provided)
Assist with quotations and pricing requests
Produce emails and correspondence in French and Spanish
Respond quickly to customer requests for information
You will be working to service level targets
Able to commute to Portadown
Previous customer services experience is essential
