This is a lovely Trilingual customer care role in which you will use SPANISH, GERMAN and ENGLISH to support restaurant clients. The job is mainly WFH (with just 2 days in the office a week). You will be supporting restaurants and retail stores across Germany & Spain with any help that they may need to set up training etc . This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. Office LOCATION: Hybrid role (just 2 days in the office. 3 days are wfh) .

Salary : £35,200 ( base of £32,000 + 10% bonus) and 5 weeks holiday ( there are plenty of other excellent benefits including free carparking )

Shifts cover 8am-8pm Monday -Friday on a rota system . Occasional weekends shifts (which are wfh) on a rota basis (1 week in 3)

You will need to have an interest and passion for customer care as well as fantastic language skills in order to liaise with clients across Germany , Switzerland and also in Spain .
