Title: Senior Customer Success (Lisbon)
Salary: Up to 60,000 EURO

Our client is a technology start-up within e-commerce. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and focused person with a real passion for retail or e-commerce. The company has just received a major injection of investment and is now on a recruitment drive to find the best possible talent to join its international team. The Senior Customer Success role is a key appointment and will help to drive growth within customer care and sales. There will be some international travel to see clients in this role.
*Develop excellent working relationships with your existing portfolio of retail clients and develop new relationships with new clients.
*Help retail clients grow their sales online and in-store.
*Communicate software updates and product evolution to clients.
*Create and manage clients “delivery plans” for short- and long-term growth.
*Work closely in partnership with retailers in order to help them with the increase of online shopping by showing them how best to serve their customers and use technology to boost their margins.
*Work to client retention and up-selling targets.
*Build your customer success team & mentor/coach more junior members of the team.
*Constantly measure performance against forecasts.
*A track record of retaining and growing key accounts.
*Previous success in Customer Success.
*Fluent English. Any additional language is a plus, with a preference for French or Spanish
