TITLE: SPANISH New Business Sales Development (SaaS)
Language: Fluent Spanish
Salary : Base of up to £40k + commission ( additional circa £14k).
Total comp in year one would be circa £54,000 + stock options and other company benefits
Location: WFH , but eventually this will be a ” hybrid role” partly based remotely and partly from the UXBRIDGE office

The role in a nutshell: You will proactively generate new business opportunities and warm leads for the company’s Supply Chain Service Platform. This is a target driven environment but where you have a CLEAR career path and will expect to progress to Account Manager after 2 years of foundation-business building and then to Account Director after 4 years with great earnings potential .
New Business Development
Make out-bound calls to introduce the service and develop a leads pipeline
Courtesy calling to develop longer term rapport with the clients over time and as a way of staying in touch
Gain a deep understanding of the clients’ potential needs and challenges
Match a clients’ needs with well-articulated value proposition.
Undertake intelligence gathering and company research to ascertain company size, names of decision makers , potential budgets etc
Pass on well researched “warm leads” to an Account Executive
Attend weekly and monthly sales team meetings
Develop solid relationships with your team and colleagues who will close deals on your behalf
Use of Salesforce, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and any other sales prospecting tools to locate decision makers
