TRAINEE HINDI FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (REMOTE)

This a JUNIOR ( TRAINEE) REGIONAL OUTDOOR SALES role based in The Netherlands (Holland). If you speak fluent HINDI ( or Urdu ) and ENGLISH and love the freedom to be out of the office meeting potential restaurant owners and representatives of supermarkets, this is a lovely role which offers the chance to travel internationally and get fully trained in a growth-sector . You would be joining a highly profitable and fast-growth specialist food supplier that sells high-end Indian & Asian ingredients into the UK, Europe and Holland. The role offers full training and you will operate very independently …organising your own diary with international customer visits and talking to supermarkets, restauranteurs and retailers. In this role you will also be attending food-events/conferences and developing new business. Your role will be to introduce customers to new Indian food flavours and products. You need to have a sales background (not a lot of experience required) and have a demonstrable passion for food. There are excellent career opportunities in this expanding sector at the moment and role itself offers independence, earnings potential and global travel.

Salary Up to Eu 49,000 Per annum (Base of 3,500 per month + 2 additional months as guaranteed bonus = Eu49,000)
Work style: 100% Remote. This is an outdoor sales role ( out-and-about visiting new and existing customers )

Company details: This is a well-established food import/export business that specialises in importing specialists food products from India and Asia and supplies supermarkets and restaurant chains . The company has gone through a recent explosion in growth as a result of the increased interest in home-cooking that started during Covid. People are now experimenting with new flavours and new dishes and this company has been able to expand strongly to accommodate increasingly sophisticated and international dishes. In this role you will introduce your retail clients to new products, build new relationships with prospects all over Europe and the UK, arrange visits and do new business development
Duties

FULL TRAINING OFFERED

Sales & business development ( 100% remote)

• Contact potential or existing customers to promote products to supermarkets
• Arrange visits to existing customers and also new potential customers
• Introduce customers to new tastes and flavours (and recipes)
• Liaise with the sales order processing team in the office in The Hague who will do your order processing for you
• Negotiate sales volumes and new supplier contracts
• Constantly visit existing customers to ensure that they are happy with the products and service
• You will work to sales targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Hindi or Urdu and English (Dutch would be useful )
• Full valid Dutch driving licence
• A passion for cooking and food
• Ideally some previous sales experience
• NO visa work restrictions for the Netherlands
