Are you a highly polished professional with elite academic credentials and a gift for managing complex client relationships? We’re hiring on behalf of a discreet, high-growth global education company redefining premium student support for ambitious families worldwide.

This isn’t a traditional education role. As Education Manager, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, trusted relationship manager, and operational coordinator, ensuring a seamless, high-impact experience for a portfolio of international clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary academic advisor and single point of contact for families
• Design tailored educational roadmaps (academics, enrichment, admissions)
• Translate goals into action – briefing tutors, aligning timelines, and ensuring delivery
• Build deep, trusted relationships and proactively guide families through milestones
• Monitor progress, manage service quality, and resolve issues with clarity and speed
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand services tactfully

What You Bring:

• Degree from a G5 UK university (Oxbridge, LSE, UCL, Imperial, KCL) or top-tier US Ivy/Ivy-adjacent – minimum 2:1 or equivalent
• Native-level English fluency with polished written and spoken communication
• Proven experience in high-accountability, high-touch client-facing roles
• Exceptional organisation: able to juggle calendars, time zones, contractors and deadlines
• Emotionally intelligent, commercially aware, and discreet under pressure
• CRM & Excel/Sheets proficiency; Mandarin fluency is a plus
