Our confidential client is building a new global standard in premium education services. They’re now looking for a Head of Operations to drive commercial growth, scale global delivery, and build the systems that enable international expansion.

• Own and grow the commercial pipeline – lead generation through to partnership onboarding
• Manage high-value partner accounts and white-glove service delivery
• Optimise operational processes, workflows, and tooling (CRM, BI, automation)
• Lead global tutor and advisor operations, with an eye on quality and scalability
• Take end-to-end ownership of P&L, invoicing, margin tracking, and KPI delivery

What You Bring:

• Fluent, polished English with outstanding communication skills
• Academic excellence: Degree from a top 20 UK or US university (2:1 or above) is essential
• Previous commercial operations, B2B sales, or consulting
• Proven success in closing six-figure commercial deals
• Strong proficiency with SaaS tools (HubSpot, Notion, BI platforms) and process automation
• Hands-on experience with financial metrics, pricing strategy, and budget control
