Role Description:
The Translation Project Coordinator role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, the ability to find creative solutions, a holistic perspective when approaching tasks or issues, and the capability to handle multiple tasks successfully under pressure.
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Providing quotes and categorizing each translation request.
Selecting suitable translators and quality assurance reviewers.
Ensuring that each project’s various stages are executed according to project specifications and client-agreed schedules.
Delivering high-quality translations and certifications to clients.
Previous experience in the translation field (including apprenticeships) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Requirements:
A university graduate, preferably in the fields of translation or languages.
Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not necessary.
Ability to work independently with multiple task deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
