Salary: Start from £40, 000 per annum (OTE £80,000 per annum)

As the after care Manager, you will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy and will be responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service levels provided thereby ensuring reputational excellence and contributing to company growth and success in the UK
There are outstanding career opportunities for the right person in this role, as this is a new role. There will be travel involved in this role
Liaising with new and existing customers via email, telephone, conference call and face to face client visits
Maintain and build strong personal relationships with clients
Provide practical solutions to issues around the Assembly / Repair of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets etc
Manage the flow of after-sales enquiries and pass on any new leads to the Sales team
To liaise with other teams across the European Head Quarters and raising any concerns that clients have in order to help improve the client journey
Work to deadline and Service Level Agreements
To ensure that invoicing is accurate and completed on time;
To keep customers fully and regularly informed of any changes relating to costs, expected completion times/dates etc.
A relevant degree (MSc/BSc in electronics, software or industrial engineering)
A consumer electronics sector background is ideal
Expertise in Assembly / Repair of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, etc.
