Key Responsibilities
- As the Tactical Campaigns Manager, build full-cycle tactical campaign frameworks including offer design, financial modelling, approval routing, deployment sequencing, and post-launch evaluation.
- The Tactical Campaigns Manager partners with retailers to analyse performance at channel, model, and regional level, recommending tactical adjustments.
- Acting as the analytical Tactical Campaigns Manager, maintain a live view of competitor pricing, APR shifts, tactical trends, and promotional cadence across the UK.
- Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across retailer groups, documenting insights and operational learnings.
- Align campaign timing and content with volume planning, projected demand windows, production constraints, and network readiness.
- Support finance, pricing, and product teams by modelling uplift scenarios, elasticity trends, and risk thresholds.
- Ensure all retailer-facing assets, briefs, and activation guides are delivered with clarity and compliance.
Requirements
- The ideal Tactical Campaigns Manager brings strong grounding in automotive commercial operations, campaign governance, and offer construction.
- A successful Tactical Campaigns Manager understands consumer finance mechanics including APR, deposit contribution structures, and RV/GMFV impacts.
- Comfortable interpreting dashboards, insight packs, and multi-dimensional datasets.
- Proven ability to manage competing timelines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, particularly with retailers and internal commercial teams.
