Location: Hybrid work ( 2 days in the office. 3 days wfh)

Language needed: Fluent SWEDISH
Salary :c£31,000
(made up of c £28,500pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are additional benefits)

Duties:
Use of Swedish and English daily both written (email) and spoken
Logging enquiries
Dealing with restaurant queries
Advising of administrative, training or general support that is available to help them in the running of the business
Coordinating staff training dates
Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
Writing supplier reports in Swedish
Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent Swedish
Experience of a high-pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
