Lovely bilingual customer care role where you will be able to work from home 3 days a week. This is not a call centre so you can really take your time to answer queries and find solutions to customer queries ( they are mainly restaurants). TITLE : SWEDISH Admin & Customer Services ( Hospitality sector)
Location: Hybrid work ( 2 days in the office. 3 days wfh)
Nearest Train station: High Wycombe station ( free car parking available)
Contract Type: Permanent role
Language needed: Fluent SWEDISH
Salary : Total comp of £31,000
(made up of c £28,500pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are additional benefits including extra holidays)

Duties: This is a mix of administration and customer care. The role is truly bilingual
Use of Swedish and English daily both written (email) and spoken
Logging enquiries
Dealing with restaurant queries from Scandinavia
Advising of administrative, training or other facilities that are available to help restaurant owners run their business
Organising and coordinating staff training dates
Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers,
Liaising with suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc
Organising deliveries
Writing supplier reports in Swedish
Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent Swedish
Experience of an admin or customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
