This is a lovely role for an experienced Risk ANALYST with experience of working with SUPPLIERS in order to check that they are financially stable and do not pose any risks to this food company’s supply chain. It is a key role in ensuring that the business is ” de-risked” and that suppliers are themselves profitable and secure. TITLE: RISK ANALYST (Suppliers) Team : Risk Management Team : PACKAGING Contract Permanent contract Salary total comp of £60,500 ( comprised of base salary of £55,000 basic plus 10% annual) Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid work: 3 days wfh. 2 days in the office) Company: Hospitality Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager, your job is to constantly be aware of the risk management strategies that your portfolio of suppliers has in place. You will be constantly liaising with the suppliers to assess that their business is stable.
Perform routine financial health risk assessments of the entire portfolio of active suppliers and potential suppliers
Liaise directly with suppliers to obtain financial information
Developing reporting metrics and SLAs, including monthly and annual reporting management reporting
Performing supplier due diligence, incl. assessing exposure to inherent risks such as Anti-Bribery, Physical Security, Data Privacy, etc.
Liaise with teams including legal and finance teams, distributors, suppliers and purchasing teams
Experience in risk analysis
A background in food, packaging distribution equipment or hospitality services
Experience in financial software systems such as Ariba, iProcurement, Oracle, Hiperos to help understand and interpret financial data,
