This role is mainly WFH (3 days per week/ Just 2 in the office ) and offers you flexibility ,international travel and genuine autonomy. You will already be experienced in INDIRECT PROCUREMENT across Europe with excellent bid management and auction experience . Hospitality business. The company is going through a massive digital transformation process at the moment, and this will drive even more cost savings and efficiencies. The company is future-proofing its businesses alongside expanding fast and now looking for a talented Senior Indirect Procurement/Sourcing Manager with experience of buying professional, automotive or insurance services from suppliers in across Europe as well as looking at sourcing new suppliers and managing the end-to-end bidding process

This is a key strategic appointment and you will be working alongside the Head of Indirect to develop and steer indirect procurement strategies right across the EU. You will manage an annual budget as well as new and existing supplier relationships across France, Germany etc, find new suppliers and head up negotiations

DUTIES

• Responsible for sourcing, bidding, negotiating, awarding and service implementation with suppliers across Europe
• Constant direct communications to vendors and in-house stakeholders
• Undertaking cost break downs including raw material indexing; category management (end to end); negotiation
• Management of the source-to-contract process (sourcing plan, tender, negotiate and contract)
• Undertake services of existing suppliers. Renegotiate where possible and maintaining supplier score cards
• Source new professional services and insurance providers
• Managing bid processes and online auctions post tender process
• Develop a thorough knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities and competitor activity, and expected trends at a local level e.g. mainly Europe

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English (French or German are useful)
• CIPS Corporate Diploma in Purchasing and/or membership of The Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS)
• Ideally experience in indirect services: e.g. automotive, insurance; energy
• An understanding of corporate regulations and legislation to ensure the creation of effective group contracts.
• Proven experience of sourcing (in Procurement) at European level
