Key Responsibilities
- As the Regional Sales Marketing Manager you will lead retailer-facing marketing activity across your region, supporting consistent delivery of brand-aligned retail execution.
- The Regional Sales Marketing Manager conducts reviews with retailers to analyse spend effectiveness, campaign adoption and return on investment.
- Acting as the regional Regional Sales Marketing Manager, translate national marketing campaigns into local activation programmes.
- Coordinate with sales, aftersales, product and finance teams to align on messaging and priorities.
- Provide retailers with toolkits, guidance and best-practice support to enhance marketing quality.
- Monitor KPIs including leads, conversion, showroom traffic and campaign ROI.
- Prepare structured insight reports for senior management, outlining opportunities for improvement.
- Support model launches, tactical campaigns and local events.
Requirements
- The ideal Regional Sales Marketing Manager has strong automotive retail or field marketing experience.
- A successful Regional Sales Marketing Manager understands retailer operating models and local activation disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and planning skills.
- Confident analysing campaign performance data and optimising future plans.
- Experience with CRM, digital retailing and lead management beneficial.
- Willingness to travel across the region regularly.
