We’re recruiting a Business Development Specialist (Business‑Level Italian Speaker) to join a fast‑growing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You’ll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing

• Making high‑volume outbound sales calls in Italian to engage potential business clients
• Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
• Feeding back on what resonates with Italian‑speaking markets to shape sales strategy
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce
• Contributing creative ideas to improve sales initiatives
• Adapting quickly in a fast‑moving, changeable environment

What we’re looking for

• Business‑level fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or a similar role
• A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong time‑management skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
