Title: Sales Administration / Support
Salary: £23000 + 10% bonus

*You will be providing organisational administrative support to the sales team
*Updating client requirements, all new client information and orders onto Salesforce
*Attending regular in-house meetings with your teams to update them on deal status
*Verifying training materials ordered and arrange shipment
*Liaising with regional offices, North America, Germany & Singapore regarding global delivery
*Contacting clients and providing marketing information as required
*Acting as the link between clients and your sales, IT & marketing team
*Take incoming calls and answer general customer enquiries.
*Understand clients’ needs and expectations, respond to questions with appropriate details and recommends related items to enhance service experience.
