Key Responsibilities
- As the Regional Aftersales Manager, lead aftersales operational excellence across your region, driving improvements in service retention, workshop utilisation, and first-time fix rates.
- The Regional Aftersales Manager conducts structured field visits including facility audits, technician resource reviews, parts availability assessment, and compliance checks against OEM standards.
- Acting as the lead Regional Aftersales Manager, coordinate technical case escalations, warranty diagnostics, and root-cause resolution pathways.
- Own the resolution of complex customer complaints, ensuring fair outcomes, detailed documentation, and retailer coaching.
- Analyse warranty cost trends, labour efficiency metrics, EV readiness development, and service plan penetration.
- Partner with retailers to build capability plans that cover workshop flow, skill gaps, tooling investment, and customer-experience uplift.
- Present structured performance packs to senior management, outlining risks, recovery plans, and improvement roadmaps.
Requirements
- The ideal Regional Aftersales Manager brings proven OEM or retailer aftersales leadership experience, covering warranty, service, and technical support.
- A successful Regional Aftersales Manager builds robust retailer relationships founded on clarity, trust, and accountability.
- Strong diagnostic understanding and ability to interpret technical reports and warranty data.
- Confidence in handling conflict situations and guiding retailers through corrective actions.
- Skilled in KPI interpretation (CSI, NPS, utilisation, efficiency, warranty indices).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
