We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager for an internet company based in London. The company is a major online marketplace for vehicle buyers and sellers. This is a full-time rolling contract in-house recruiter/talent acquisition role subject to renewal in every 3 months.
Native Chinese Mandarin competence, as well as strong verbal and writing English skills.
5 years of comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably including both agency and in-house roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly establish rapport with workers, stakeholders, and applicants, as well as successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization.
Closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages are both skills you’ll need.
Ability to recognize and use data to impact and drive decisions.
Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, complicated international organization.
It is preferred that you have a bachelor’s degree.
Work closely with HRBPs and GMs to ensure that sourcing and recruiting strategies are in line with the company’s overall people strategy.
Assist hiring managers in determining their talent needs and recommending the appropriate hiring approach.
Discover, identify and recruit outstanding talent using a variety of approaches, talents, and expertise.
Candidates are efficiently screened and selected by evaluating both technical and business abilities, as well as cultural fit with the company’s environment.
From the application stage to the offer stage, provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant, evaluating talent level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary suggestions, and candidate close.
