The Role

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and delivering a seamless candidate experience, all while juggling multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable recruiting in a high‑volume, high‑expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for roles across EMEA, from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic hiring insights and market intelligence.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously, ideally in a high‑volume hiring environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting within technology, cloud, or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
• Additional European languages are a plus.
