Are you a confident Polish speaker with a natural ability to engage people over the phone? This is an excellent opportunity to join a long‑established B2B marketing and lead‑generation agency that specialises in appointment setting, outbound calling campaigns, and market research for well‑known brands across the UK.
Based in modern offices in the Shirley area of Solihull, the team is known for its friendly culture, supportive environment, and results‑driven approach.
The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to engage decision‑makers, introduce services, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to Polish‑speaking business contacts
- Holding confident, persuasive conversations with decision‑makers
- Qualifying leads and identifying genuine opportunities
- Booking appointments and updating call outcomes accurately
This is an ongoing campaign, offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Strong phone confidence – ideally with outbound calling or sales experience
- Engaging, and able to build rapport quickly
- Target‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude
- Reliable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
