We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Planner to join a leading global organisation’s workforce marketing team supporting high-volume hiring through strategic and data-led paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse media trends and platform behaviours to shape weekly campaign strategies
• Build and optimise paid media plans across job boards, search, and social platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to budget and placements
• Drive efficiency and reach through smart, data-informed media buying
• Collaborate closely with media teams, campaign managers, and analysts
• Contribute to the development of automated processes and in-house planning capabilities

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proactive, organised, and clear communicator
• Confident working in structured, fast-moving corporate environments

Nice-to-have:

• 4+ years’ experience with media mix modelling or job board media
• Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA and fill rate
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, Japanese)
