Title: PART TIME Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant
Salary: to £28,000 pro Rata
Working hours: 10am-3pm (Any 3 days a week)
Reporting into: Finance Manager

They also produce a glossy magazine where they deliver the latest information on beauty trends, products and new businesses that are making a splash in the sector. They are now expanding as events re-start post covid, and are looking for a part time accounts assistant to help the team. It’s a fun and busy place to work!
The role in a nutshell: PART TIME bookkeeping and accounts
The role As a Purchase Ledger specialist, you’ll oversee the company spending, overseeing all purchases made by the business, monitoring how much is owed at all times. You will be responsible for making BINS or cheque payments, working out VAT payments, checking and reconciling statements and dealing with all purchase enquiries.
Duties:
Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
Process business expense returns
Cashbook and petty cash cheques
Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience
Available part time
knowledge of software packages like Excel and ZERO
