A leading international media company, headquartered in Athens, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their boutique London team based in elegant Knightsbridge. This is a unique opportunity to be the heartbeat of a small but dynamic office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while staying closely connected with the HQ in Greece.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the London office of around 10 employees
- Act as the key liaison with the Athens head office
- Oversee meeting room bookings and visitor management
- Handle incoming calls, bills, post, and general enquiries
- Provide light-touch IT and facilities support
What You’ll Bring:
- Fluency in Greek and English to business level
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operational role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Warm, proactive, and professional approach to team and visitor interactions
