Marketing Manager – Data-Led Strategy & Global Campaigns
Location: London (hybrid – 3 days in office)
Contract: 7 months (ASAP start)
Pay: £277 – £307 per day
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a sharp analytical mind and a bias for action. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, data-led marketing team with a global remit. You’ll help drive intelligent, insight-led decisions that directly impact hiring campaigns across North America, Europe and Japan.
If you thrive in a metrics-driven environment, love solving problems at scale, and are confident owning projects end-to-end, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You’ll play a hands-on role in using data to optimise marketing performance, reduce risk, and support large-scale recruitment campaigns. You’ll work with advanced marketing tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms to guide strategy and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour and market trends to shape strategy
- Identifying potential risks or opportunities through deep dives into data
- Presenting clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Managing the weekly intake process and project tracking
- Building a repository of lessons learned to inform future campaigns
- Supporting and improving marketing automation systems
What You’ll Bring
We’re after someone proactive, confident working at pace, and comfortable navigating complex datasets. You’ll be a team player who knows how to engage stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or a data-focused marketing role
- Strong Excel skills – able to manipulate and analyse large datasets quickly
- Experience with dashboards and data visualisation tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects from start to finish
- Solid judgement and problem-solving ability, even with limited data
- Experience working cross-functionally and across multiple time zones
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience working in recruitment marketing or employer branding
- Exposure to global campaigns and international teams
- Working knowledge of SQL
Why Apply?
This is a chance to build real impact through your work. You’ll be working on meaningful projects during one of the busiest seasons of the year, where marketing success directly supports hiring and operational growth across regions.
You’ll gain exposure to global campaigns, work with a team of smart, collaborative marketers, and sharpen your skills in marketing automation and data strategy.
