Are you bilingual, people oriented, and interested in UK property? We’re looking for English speaking Property Consultants to join a well established UK property investment and management company all while working fully remotely from China. This is a client facing role where you’ll help tenants and buyers secure the right property through consultative sales, viewings, negotiations, and deal progression. You’ll work closely with a professional UK-based team, receive structuredonboarding and training, and enjoy real self-direction and earning potential. Language: English and Mandarin (MUST)
Location: China (100% Remote / Work From Home)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Monthly Salary: Up to ¥10,000 base + Attractive Commission
Positions Available: 2 (1 Lettings Consultant | 1 Sales Consultant)
Duties:
Client Development & Relationship Mangement
- Develop and expand your own client channels
- Identify and follow up with potential tenants and buyers to improve conversion
Viewings & Client Experience
- handle quickly and professionally to enquiries
- Schedule and conduct property viewings (remote coordination)
- Use standard viewing scripts to clearly explain property highlights
- Collect and submit viewing feedback
Negotiation & Deal Progression
- Submit offers and negotiate terms with landlords
- Obtain landlord approvals and confirmations
- Facilitate lease renewals (sales role eligible for partial commission)
Administration & Compliance
- Collect and organise tenant information (especially student tenants)
- Collect holding deposits and issue confirmation notices
- Coordinate contract signing (sales roles may handle some steps directly)
- Send movein confirmation emails and follow up on funds received
Relationship Management
- Maintain tenant groups in working with Customer Service teams
- Provide ongoing followups to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Build longterm relationships to improve repeat business and referrals
Requirement:
Must Have
- Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable managing enquiries, viewings, and negotiations
- Highly organised and detailoriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks
- College diploma or above
- Proficient with basic office tools (Excel / spreadsheets / CRM)
Nice to Have
- Experience in property lettings, property sales, studyabroad services, or customer service
- Familiarity with the UK rental process
- (viewing → offer → holding deposit → contract → movein)
- Existing client resources or experience building acquisition channels
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak inquiry periods
