Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Customer Technical Support Engineer
Language required: Chinese Mandarin
Duration: minimum of 12 months
Hourly rate: £16.00 per hour + Holiday pay
Our client is a leading ecommerce business offering hardware and digital solutions. They are looking for a mandarin speaking technical support engineer, who will support customers in China, create content for the website, and work closely with the team in Shanghai and the UK.
Deliver Technical support to business customers in China.
Update and maintain the Chinese website content.
Act as a mediator between the UK and Shanghai team
Escalate any issues or queries internally.
Keep up to date with products and solutions.
Maintain database records.
Fluency in Mandarin to mother tongue standard (written and spoken)
Fluency in English to a high standard
Educated to degree level with an engineering or science background.
Be technically minded, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Have a basic understanding of mechanics or engineering would be highly beneficial, as you will work closely with mechanical engineers.
