This niche agency works with a very selective audience of HNW and UHNW Chinese property investors. The company carefully curates the very best luxury properties for a high-end Chinese audience looking for the most outstanding properties based largely in central London. In this role, you will be liaising with investors and presenting them with opportunities, and advising them and then walking them through the buying process.
There will be occasional weekend work for viewings.
High end property sales to Chinese investors
Presenting a curated list of high end investment opportunities to investors
Organising virtual viewings and face to face viewings
Liaising with home owners
Attending property events for networking purposes
Using WeChat , email and other media in order to stay in touch with clients and nurture long term successful relationships
Staying totally up to date on the property market, new trends, upcoming potential opportunities, the rental market and the residential buyer market
Undertaking due diligence
Previous property sales experience is essential
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
