About the Company

A leading global telecommunications and ICT solutions provider is looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking Pre-Sales Manager to support its expanding international business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale telecom, cloud, networking, and digital transformation projects across multiple markets.

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote position at the current stage.
• Candidates must be based in the Netherlands or have the right to work in the Netherlands.
• The role is expected to transition to a hybrid/on-site working model in the future, with the office located in Amsterdam.
• Flexibility to collaborate with international teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales support activities for international ICT and telecommunications projects.
• Develop and deliver customer-focused technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ responses, bidding processes, solution presentations, and technical workshops.
• Conduct solution design, cost estimation, and technical feasibility assessments.
• Support project delivery teams in resolving implementation and deployment challenges.
• Manage and coordinate business and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to provide technical consulting and solution support.
• Contribute to the enhancement of global service and support capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, ICT solutions, pre-sales, solution architecture, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including OSI Layer 1-3, enterprise networks, cloud solutions, and security services.
• Hands-on experience in solution deployment, testing, and customer-facing technical support.
• Knowledge of transmission, switching, hybrid cloud, IoT, Smart City solutions, and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, AWS Advanced, ACP/ACE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
