Mandarin Speaking Operations Liaison

My client is hiring for a Mandarin Speaking Operations Liaison to join their clinic team. You will act as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient journey. This role combines operations, coordination, and client service, with a strong focus on communication and attention to detail.

Salary: 27000-30000

Location: London / UK

Working Style: Fully on Site

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors (internal & external)
• Provide Mandarin-English translation support during consultations when needed
• Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialists for referrals and follow-ups
• Track test results and ensure smooth patient pathways
• Support patients throughout their journey, including accompanying them to external appointments where required
• Assist with documentation, including translating medical letters
• Deliver a high-end, professional patient experience both in person and over the phone

Key Requirement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership
• High emotional intelligence and a patient-centric mindset
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Clinical or healthcare exposure is a plus, but not essential
