Title: Admin Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Central London (Hybrid working 4 days office based and 1 from home)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major Chinese financial institution’s London branch! The office is located in central London, overseeing Thames River, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. Responsibilities
Manage and organise calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments
Coordinate and oversee a variety of corporate events and activities
Edit and enhance multimedia content for various projects
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for team members
Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and addressing maintenance, cleaning, catering, and plant maintenance needs
Update and maintain office databases, both electronic and paper files
Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate orders as needed
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Provide support throughout the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Coordinate work experience programs and placements
Act as a liaison with insurance brokers for insurance-related matters
Support the learning and development process by organising training records, among other tasks
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by managers, ensuring a proactive and adaptable approach
Qualifications
The ability to write in Chinese on an advance level (Essential)
Proficient in photo/video editing software (Essential)
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Hold a clean UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
