Responsibilities
· Manage daily account service operations including account opening/closure, FX, remittances, internal transfers, E-banking administration, and system data maintenance
· Ensure accurate client records and documentation in line with internal policies and UK regulatory requirements
· Respond to customer enquiries related to account services and electronic banking products
· Support internal and external reporting as well as operational data submissions
· Assist with compliance activities including AML reviews, SCV processes, and data governance controls
· Participate in E-banking product testing, system upgrades, regulatory-driven enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
· Provide additional operational support as required by management
Skills Required:
· Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
· Minimum 2 years’ experience within a UK banking environment
· Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
· High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
· Good communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
· Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong reporting accuracy and a collaborative team mindset
