About the company
Our client, one of the most popular online platforms for all the information about lifestyle, traveling, entertainment in the UK. The team is dynamic and vibrant. We are looking for an experienced person who can start in December 2020 for handover and cover the period from January 2021 to June 2021.
You will be reporting to the Head of Sales and take full ownership of your client portfolio. They will include both Mandarin ang English speaking clients ranging from lifestyle to shopping. Your main responsibility is to maintain long-term relationships with your clients so they would utilise the platform as their marketing and advertising channels.
Manage assigned client portfolio to complete entire sales cycle from researching, negotiating, advertising planning and performance management;
Nurture and grow the accounts to maximise performance for both clients and company through advertising opportunities;
Provide excellent service to maintain a positive and long-term relationships with clients;
Reach out to clients to share exclusive offers, CPA increase and sales opportunities;
Collaborate daily with editorial team to ensure contents are meeting clients’ advertising goals;
Analyse performance to provide insights and formulate strategic plans to the clients;
Produce weekly and monthly reports on clients’ performance;
Ensure information on the CRM is updated and accurate.
Degree educated in business, marketing, communications, media, advertising or relevant majors;
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in advertising, social media, or affiliate marketing;
Experience working with WeChat and Weibo is essential;
Knowledge of using Salesforce is preferred;
Fluent spoken and written Chinese Mandarin and English;
Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
