Location: WFH initially and then hybrid at the London office

You will be joining a multilingual team and the company has a flexible work culture so you can work in part from home and in part from the London head office eventually.
Your role in a nutshell: Building a brand! This is a key role in which you will use your e-commerce expertise to help the company develop its online marketing presence and strategy so that it offers the customers a “best-in-class” experience and customer service.
You will be responsible for assisting in building the online brand on a B2B and B2C basis
Writing web content and then circulating this via Twitter, facebook etc
All content analytics
Dealing with product, identifying potential best sellers and pinpointing specific trends in customer requests in order to help build a focused stock
Building an online community
Manage the ongoing communication with clients both nationally and eventually internationally
Liaising with the engineers, ensuring the customer experience is always at optimum
Liaising with the procurement team
Customer journey optimisation
Identifying hiccups in the online platform and communicating customer needs to the engineers
Tacking and analysis of buying trends, best sellers, organic and paid search and tracking the success of promotions and email marketing campaigns
