As more Mandarin speaking HNW clients are looking for properties in the UK, my client is looking for Mandarin/Cantonese speaking Sales consultant to provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets. This role is to provide an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of the company’s vision.
Title: Sales Consultant (Cantonese/Mandarin)
Location:Central London (fully onsite)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience) + generous commission
Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese
Contract: Permanent
Visa requirement: The successful candidates need to have eligible work visa without sponsorship (now or in the future).
Key Responsibilities
Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
Apply effective sales skills to exceed required profitable sales target
Effectively manage the sales database to optimise opportunities
Conduct viewings of the marketing suites appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese market
Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
Anticipate and manage cancellations, minimise cancellation rate
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite events for Chinese and international markets
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Previous Sales experience with proven track records (required)
Good understanding of the London properties market (required)
Fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese (required)
Happy to travel to China and Hong Kong when required
Existing network of potential buyers/introducers is a PLUS
