With the dramatic growth in e-commerce and a huge interest in supporting smaller manufacturers, this company is now expanding fast and is looking to appoint a KOREAN speaking Sales & Marketing Product Marketing Manager who will help increase new brand awareness and help launch brands across businesses such as Boots and Sephora .
Duties:Helping to launch new cosmetics brands into the Uk and international market
Product Launch:
Closely work with external marketing agencies in order to:
Create a cosmetics marketing strategy targeting retail clients
Plan the beauty product launches
Track and measure the success of launches
Use Google analytics to measure campaign success
Analyse – and interpret – sales statistics to identify best -sellers and most profitable ranges
Ensure that the warehouse stock levels are accurately forecasted and stock levels are monitored
Marketing- drive awareness
Plan and execute product marketing campaigns
Use social media to drive product awareness
Ensure all website information is up to date
Research category trends
Retail Relationship/Key Account management :
Form strong personal relationships with retailers
Deliver instore Training to Beauty Advisors
Ensure products are placed correctly instore
Create promotional plans
Help to manage stock forecasts, orders management, shipments monitoring to ensure the sufficient inventory
