Your role is to source heavy industrial equipment and then liaise with the client , add a ” finders fee” and then liaise with the warehouse who will dispatch it . This is a lovely customer care and purchasing role in which you will be taking inbound enquiries from clients who will ask you to source certain pieces of heavy industrial equipment.
Your role is to source heavy industrial equipment and then liaise with the client , add a ” finders fee” and then liaise with the warehouse who will dispatch it .
THE ROLE: You will be supporting the UK and international sales team
Take inbound enquiries from industrial manufacturing clients based globally looking for a specific piece of heavy industry or essential spare part
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers across Korea, the USA and Europe to source the product
Negotiate a price and delivery schedule with the supplier
Add the finder’s fee (or margin) to the product and create a price quotation for the client
All post sales administration
Provide an outstanding level of personal customer care at all times.

Fluent English
