HOURS: 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday

You will be based at Reception and the role is varied with a mix of secretarial and front-of-house duties supporting a very independent Executive Director who is delightful. ROLE: Front desk reception and secretarial work
Reception: Meeting and greeting visitors /notifying the team of arrivals
Allocation of meeting rooms
Supplying refreshments to guests
Ordering taxis/arranging couriers
Organising team corporate events or client entertaining.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute post appropriately.
Secretarial : Booking travel and accommodation for the team
Providing personal and business secretarial support to the Executive Director
Sourcing of new venues for visitor or team events
Arranging restaurants, taxis, car parking, flights etc for guests and the team
Re-confirm “next day” bookings and check all requirements, follow up provisional bookings,
Office admin such as ordering stationery and other office supplies
Liaising with building management /ground floor security on behalf of the company,
REQUIREMENTS
Previous secretarial or front-of-house reception experience (1-2 years)
