You will be working in ITALIAN &GERMAN within the Customer Success team of this global organisation that repatriates employees from war zones or other emergencies. Working with multiple clients you will ensure that they understand the software and are making the best use of it…this is essentially a post-sales customer care/nurturing role . There is NO sales at all in the role and is very much a role where you will stay in touch with the client , look after them, manage any questions that they have and be the face of the business! B2B client post-sales care
Conducting onboarding meetings and product tours
Ensure a smooth adoption of the product.
Solve arising customer problems in a timely manner.
Review all client documents
TRAINING : Take over and manage the entire “end-to-end’ implementation for a new client’s onboarding process
Delivering client training on the platform and demonstrating the digital products and services they have already purchased so that they can be used properly
