ROLE:
The IT support function is largely outsourced to Genoa in Italy and is being brought in-house to the London office although there will be additional support available in Genoa
Taking in bound calls from colleagues regarding hardware, software, and network issues
Helping and supporting colleagues with issues spanning logging on, to printer configuration
Undertaking PC configuration
Solving issues around PCs, printers, smartphones, servers, firewalls, corporate network
Management and maintenance of Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Azure including any updates and authorisations
Constantly checking for software security updates
Configuration and management of company network (HP switches, Sonicwall firewall)
Occasional travel to the Italian office
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced MS Office and Office 365
Knowledge of the MS Azure platform and the Intune portal is preferred
