Overview
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Risk & Compliance Manager to support pay equity analytics, regulatory compliance, and HR governance initiatives across international markets. This role sits within a specialist HR compliance function responsible for equal pay analysis, statutory reporting obligations, and broader compensation compliance programmes.
The successful candidate will partner with Legal, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex compliance requirements, support regulatory initiatives, and deliver high-impact global projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global HR compliance and pay equity programmes across multiple regions.
- Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to interpret regulatory obligations and translate them into operational processes and controls.
- Manage complex compliance projects, including timelines, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
- Analyse and validate large datasets to identify trends, risks, and reporting requirements.
- Develop remediation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance controls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership audiences.
- Drive process standardisation, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Support evolving regulatory requirements including international pay transparency legislation and employment compliance frameworks.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment. They should possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and be confident navigating complex compliance and HR-related challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience within compliance, audit, governance, or risk management environments.
- Strong background supporting HR compliance, compensation, pay equity, or employment-related programmes.
- Experience managing global or multi-region projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and business writing skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
