You will join a fast -growing specialist recruitment firm that provides senior software executives to telecommunications companies across the world. This company is looking for a fluent German speaker who is looking to join a successful and busy team with a focus on temporary Contractors
This role will combine managing existing client and candidate relationships as well as filling temporary (contractor) roles globally .
B2B Key Account Management
You will be providing one large current client , who currently generates in excess of £2m for the firm, with outstanding level of personal care and recruitment expertise
There will be opportunities to visit your clients’ offices in Europe ( Germany, Switzerland) on a regular basis to gain a real in-depth understanding of their needs and to forge strong personal ties
Working with your team of “Resourcers“, you will be submitting candidates for roles and helping to place candidates globally
You will develop excellent relations with senior level candidates and help them career-plan within the framework of the clients needs
Use of LinkedIn and referrals to find new candidates
Use of German on a daily basis, as most of the Contractors are German native speakers.
You will attend online and remote client meetings on a regular basis for a ” status update” and in order to help plan the various recruitment campaigns on behalf of your client
