*Note: For now, the role will be carried out remotely. Training and equipment will be arranged, but eventually this will be a London based role. So please only apply if you are currently living in London. You may also be required to attend a face-to-face office interview.
The Business:
This is one of the fastest-growing companies in the E-Commerce sector with a portfolio of products ranging across appliances, health and beauty, and sports. Due to their ever-expanding customer base from all around the world, they are now looking for top-notch customer service people, to take care of inquiries coming from international customers through Chat & Email.
Duties:
- Answer queries from customers regarding delivery, product questions, refunds, returns, invoices, complaints. (this will be in the form of written responses to customer tickets as well as call and email follow-ups too.
- Responding to customer feedback;
- Constant communication with other teams to troubleshoot product issues;
- Assist with building new templates for quicker response of most common questions;
- Help with the introduction of new tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Native Standard in German (both written and spoken) is essential
- Listening skills, self-discipline, punctuality, analytical skills, and a customer service focused
- Customer service experience, ideally in a telephone based role (6 months or more highly desirable)
- Strong interest in technology, e-commerce, and online business
- Target driven, and track record of meeting customer service levels and expectations
- Educated to a degree level (Essential)
