Location: Reading office based initially, after full training possibility of role being hybrid

You will get full training on all the products that you will be dealing with in order to provide the best-in-class in terms of support to clients
The role: Providing excellent customer service for all product lines
Duties
Handling client queries to provide assistance on the client’s products and services
Ensuring all client account records are kept up to date
Deliver training to high value clients
Liaise with other departments to ensure that all client issues are resolved according to company policy
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and build relationships at all levels from dealers to client senior management
Good problem-solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
Ability to work in high pressure team environment
Able to work on own initiative
Experience of working within a customer service role
