The Role:
As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria in German. You will serve as a frontline representative of the company and must demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries in a timely manner and in accordance with SLA agreements.
Log customer queries and issues using our call logging software.
Maintain external and internal SLAs.
Conduct data analysis and publish financial business reporting.
Ensure that customer service requirements are met in accordance with SLA agreements.
Control user registration and access to the service.
Skills:
Effective communication skills in native-level German.
Previous experience working in a customer care role.
