Summary of the role: This is a primarily a classic PR & Marketing role in which you will be responsible for all internal company messaging and communications to partners and subsidiaries across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will also provide some marketing support for smaller markets.
Role: 4 key elements. You will be messaging all internal ” clients” and stakeholders across the business as well as dealing with external suppliers such as translation agencies, graphic designers and marketing .
Developing a fun, informative and consistent PR /Comms strategy for the German market
Creating internal product and services awareness strategies
Measuring PR results to gauge the effectiveness of internal communications and partner satisfaction
Copywriting and content creation in German
Duties
German Internal PR: drive brand and product awareness
Create, develop, manage, deliver and measure success of the communications plans
Manage all scheduled communications in Germanics, ensuring quality, consistency etc
Support country managers to develop their communications plans,
Ensure that internal clients are aware of additional optional services provided by head office to stakeholders
Measure uptake of additional services
Ensure the website content is clear
Supplier liaison : ensure consistent messaging
Work with suppliers (incl translation agencies, graphic designers and the marketing team) to prepare clear, comprehensive, relevant campaign communications and marketing
Working with Graphic Designers to organise marketing collateral such as posters, flyers etc
Messaging : ensure that messaging is consistent across vision + goals + mission + values
Create all event messaging and presentations
Create design-led, relevant and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Write editorial content to ensure messaging is consistent and engaging
